But bets would be made on how surprised you’d be if you knew that the Parker Brothers Choppers in Florida are bringing out their own fshion replicas of the infamous Tron light cycles from the latest movie. How’sthat for futuristic riding? make no mistake, these are actual working light cycles, er…motorcycles. No, you don’t have the characteristic shield generator in the back, but that’s okay; it’s not like you need it on an everyday basis (after all, you won’t be on any gaming grid, right?). This is for real. It’s a true blue light cycle from the movie!
But it’s pricey.
If you got the dough, be prepared to spend a lot of it: $35,000 to be exact. There are currently only three exact models, too, so get working on the green, or else you’ll miss your chance.
Needless to say, if you like the Tron movies and enjoy sleek and slick style for a motorcycle, then there’s your chance (although chances are all three have already been sold. Sorry.). It’s truly a marvel of Hollywood when the public can get a real taste of the stories behind the film. If you’re lucky enough to snag one, awesome; because then maybe you and your identity disk will be strong enough to “fight for the users!” Hail, Tron.
